Used in machining applications as positioners, loading pins, indexing devices.

Improved design allows plunger nose to be locked in fully retracted position. Plunger nose has chamfer on end to assure easy alignment. Full pressures are the force pounds needed to move the nose the distance shown in "C" columns.

Available with or without locking element. To order without locking element, add a "P" to the end of the part number.

The nylon locking element holds the plunger body securely in place without the need for lock nuts or other devices. We recommend a 90° countersink 1/32" larger than the major diameter of the mating thread to prevent damaging the element.

Plunger can be withdrawn completely into the body and locked in a fully retracted position. To engage the plunger, simply turn the handle to line up with slot in body.

All light pressure have an "L" stamped into the knurl.

Phenolic noses prevent marring of aluminum, brass or other soft materials.
